"I wanted to write to compliment you and your company for a job well done in hiring Mr. Jordan Musick. My husband and I visited the Mattress King store located on Madison Boulevard on January 9, 2011. We had already visited Denver Mattress that day and honestly may have made a purchase there except we had to leave to go to Wal-Mart to restock on diapers. We decided to quickly run into Mattress King essentially to try the Tempur-pedic beds and compare them to the ones we were considering at Denver Mattress. Once we met Jordan, however, Denver Mattress had no hope of maintaining us as a customer.
Jordan was extremely knowledgeable on every mattress in the store. We were mainly shopping for one of the foam mattresses so we tested several of the Tempur-pedic and Seally mattresses. Jordan knew the answer to every question we asked him regarding the beds. Also, while both Jordan and the Denver Mattress salesman had knowledge regarding the beds, Jordan took the time to investigate WHY we were interested in the foam beds (my husband’s joint problems) and he was careful to explain why each particular bed we were considering may or may not help with out specific needs.
On top of his exceptional knowledge, Jordan was an all around pleasant person to deal with and was extremely patient. We made this shopping venture immediately after church that day so we had a 2 year old and a 4 month old with us, neither of whom had taken a nap. We literally were in the store laying on beds for 4 hours. Jordan never made us feel rushed and never made us feel as though our children were bothering him (although I’m sure he jumped for joy when we left!). We could not have been more pleased with the exceptional service that we received from him.
We ended up purchasing a Seally Embody that afternoon and LOVE it. Also, because we had such a great experience, we sent my in-laws to Mattress King and they ended up purchasing a Tempur-pedic from the store located in the Publix shopping center in Hampton Cove. We have told everyone we know that is in the market for a mattress about your store and specifically about Jordan. Thank you so much for having such quality people in your store!
