What makes a good pillow?

That depends on a few things. Do you need a firm pillow for neck support? Or does your head need to be elevated because of some condition that you have like acid reflux. Or maybe you use a cpap machine for sleep apnea then a special pillow would come in handy. Some are allergic to certain types of pillows. Pillows come in different forms to accommodate your specific needs.
